We aim to provide a fair, win-win price that allows you to walk away with a net cash payment at closing, without you having to pay for a traditional listing or agent commissions. Offers vary based on details we are provided with, wetlands, burrowing animals, utility connection fees, and more can reduce the purchase price. Having utilities available, infill lots, and more can increase the purchase price.

Question 2: Are there any hidden fees or commissions?

None at all. When you work with DJC Real Estate LLC, you pay $0 in commissions and $0 in hidden fees. We even structure our deals so that closing costs are covered, meaning the price we agree upon is the amount you see on your settlement statement.

Question 3: How fast can we close?

We typically aim to close within 30 to 45 days. With that said, we can also move on a quick timeline of as fast as 2-3 weeks if everything aligns for both parties. This gives us enough time to complete our due diligence and coordinate with our network of closing partners to ensure everything is handled legally and professionally. We move on a timeline that works for you.

Question 4: What if my land has back taxes or legal issues?

We deal with these situations frequently. In many cases, we can work with the title company to have back taxes or liens paid off directly from the proceeds at closing. We specialize in finding solutions for complex title issues so you can finally move on from the property.
