After high school, I enrolled at Penn State, but after about a year, I realized that path wasn’t aligned with what I wanted long term.

Around that time, I started learning about real estate and was introduced to land investing. What stood out to me was how practical it is — helping people who own unwanted land sell it without the usual complications.

I made the decision to step away from school and commit fully to learning and building in this space. That meant putting in the time to understand the process, talk to landowners, and handle deals the right way. Today, I focus on working directly with landowners to provide a simple and straightforward way to sell. No listings, no commissions, and no unnecessary delays — just clear communication and fair offers.
